Q. Why is the volume of the caller low? I can't seem to hear them.
A. This is a common question and is easily fixed. While in the phone call with
someone using iPhone Hands-Free, turn up the volume on your iPhone
(just like you would raise the volume when holding the phone and speaking)

Q: I already have a bluetooth carkit, can i use this without the handsfree function?
A: Yes many people have asked this and if you already have a bluetooth carkit or
one is equipped in your vehicle, you can use the iPhone kit as a iPhone holder,
charger & FM Transmitter (if you do not use the small 3.5mm cable, you will not
have the handsfree function)

Q: If the iPhone is left in the holder, will it overcharge or ruin my battery?
A: No. The iPhone has a lithium polymer battery and thus has no memory, meaning
you can charge the battery at anytime (no need for the battery to be dead before
charging) Also the iPhone CarKit itself has a built in IC chip and prevents it from
overcharging. You will never have to worry about overcharging.

Q: Why am i getting alot of static when listening to music?
A: This carkit has one of the clearest FM transmissions on the market, if you are
experiencing static, you must make sure you are doing the following:
1. Make sure you have a station that has no music or talking at all, you are looking
for a station that has fuzzy static or complete dead air. In Canada & North America
we find that the lower stations like 88.1 - 88.9 work the best.
2. Make sure your iPhone car kit is set to the same station as the radio in your car.
3. Make sure your car kit is not close to the vehicles speakers, this can cause alot
of static or interference. The closer you are to the deck/radio of the car, the better.
