Refunds must be within the first 7 days of receiving your product. (from date received by customer)

If for any reason you are unhappy with your device, Please make sure the item is put back in the proper packaging & sent back to us at the address below.

3. Reason for return

- Product must not be physically damaged
- All parts must be included when returing back
- Box/packaging must not be torn/damaged

There is a 20% restocking fee for returns & shipping postage is not refunded
